√ Ongoing concerns about a child's development
√ Delays in meeting developmental milestones
√ Suspected medical diagnosis that can affect development

(i.e. Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, microcephaly, Autism Spectrum Disorder, chromosomal abnormalities, cleft lip/palate, Spina Bifida)

√ Lack of eye contact
√ Unusual or repetitive play
√ Loud or unusual vocal patterns
√ Extreme sensitivity to touch, sound, movement or light
√ Poor attention span
√ Behavioral concerns or difficulty playing with other children.
√ No speech, or few words compared to other children of same age
√ Speech that is very difficult to understand
√ Inability to follow simple instructions
√ Poor balance, clumsiness, weakness, walking much later than expected
√ Complications of prematurity
√ Low birth weight (3lbs 3oz or less)
√ Difficulty with weight gain
√ Hearing and/or vision problems
√ High lead level
√ Use of drugs or alcohol during pregnancy
