  • Living in Anoka County or the northeastern part of Hennepin County included in the Anoka-Hennepin School District #11
  • With possible delays in development

  • Observe your child at home or in a comfortable setting and answer questions about your child’s development.
  • Work with your child and give ideas of how to help your child learn new skills and develop.
  • Tell you about other services that may help your child and family, and help you get connected with those services.
